Firearm Training & Security Training

Potential firearm owners must successfully undergo the prescribed firearm training at an accredited training institution and obtain a training proficiency certificate.

Security companies armed personnel must also undergo Business purpose training in the particular firearms they are working with and undergo regular refresher training under section 21 of the Act.
